As an English speaking American, I was surprised that English is the third most popular language worldwide. This list supports my belief that it is important for people to be able to understand and speak at least two languages fluently. Sadly, I cannot but hopefully schools of the future will provide for all children to be at least be exposed to multiple languages and at an early age.
