Places Visited
I got to visit Derek and, even though we are still going to doctor's, it is good to hear that there is a plan as he continues to heal. I am very happy that I get to visit him frequently and talk with him so often.
I also was able to take Taran to Baby Bookworms at the Guilderland (NY) library! He loved it and the people at the story time were very nice. Of course, I loved the play time we had at his house, taking a walk with Taran and Rachel, and visiting with Jon and Rachel. We had delicious meals at their place.
I also to spend a long weekend with Noah and Bea. I picked Noah up from school which is always a treat because he shows me the sights that are important to him, like the new pig, the chickens, the compost pile, and the elementary room that he will be going to next year. We played a three-day game of monopoly, went to two different parks with Bea, went to a birthday party with Bea and her mother, went shopping and played outside. Noah played two songs on the piano for me and read a couple of books to me. It was a fun weekend!
Luckily, many of my relatives could come for Easter! Some were sick and others working and we truly missed them. Joh, Rachel, Taran, my mother, Brian and Noah were able to come. Besides us all enjoying playing games inside and outside, Brian, Noah, and I went to the Historic Trotting Horse Museum in Goshen, New York for spring crafts. Noah got to make three crafts to take home. It was wonderful to visit, play games, and eat with marvelous people!
