Places visited
I got to visit with Derek a four times and, sadly, still go to doctor's visits with him. However, I love to see him and talk with him as he continues to heal.
I also was able to go to stay with Rachel, Jon, and Taran for a night and day. As always, they had a delicious meal ready for me when I arrived and I got to play with Taran! Rachel, Taran and I ate lunch at Zaitoon KItchen, a restaurant serving Middle-East food, in Albany, New York. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed it. Taran particularly liked the baba ghanoush.
I was able to spend a day at the Philadelphia Zoo with Brian and Noah. Afterwards, we went back to their home for homemade corned beef sandwiches. It was a great spring day to go to the zoo, I got to see both of them, and have Bea's delicious corned beef!
Another night and day, Rachel, Jon, Taran and I went to Pho Yum in Albany, New York for a delicious dinner. The next day Taran and I went to story time at the Voorheesville library and then played, ate and slept the rest of the day. Taran is fun to do things with! For instance, Taran and I went to the Albany (NY) Pine Bush Discovery Center. Taran enjoyed looking around at the pictures, other people, and especially the sounds of animals that he could hear inside the center.
