Places Visited
Rachel, Taran and a friend came to visit for a weekend. We read books, played with toys and played card games. We also got to eat together and talk. Then we met Brian, Bea, and Noah at the Natural History Museum in New York City for one morning of looking at dinosaurs, talking, and then eating Shake Shack food in a park. We also walked a little in Central Park before taking the subway back to our car. It was wonderful to see all of them and to go into New York City again!
On the way to the car, Rachel, Taran, the friend and I ate delicious cookies that Bea made and packaged beautiful for us. While we were eating them in the Port Authority, the boys watched someone create a window display. Then the person came out into the hallway in front of the display and gave each of the boys a decorative snowflake.
What a marvelous day!
Brian and I traveled from his house to mine and back for business. We ate delicious food that Bea sent and we had time to talk as well as look at a few photos. It was nice to see him on his overnight stay.
I was fortunate to be able to attend Noah's famous people presentation at his school with Bea, her mother, and her cousin. He and all the other students did wonderful, well researched presentations. And Bea gave me some of her delicious backing to bring home. I enjoyed the afternoon very much!
