This is a long, thoughtful paper that provides ideas for assessing student learning outside of the classroom. I like these types of assessments any time and they are especially needed now. The detailed lists of how students are to create their projects are particularly useful. The paper takes into considerations students who have specific learning disabilities or special needs.
