This study seems to show that all screen time is not the same and that some uses of technology may be helpful for the 9- to -10-year-old age group. To me this is important because this is the time when many children are learning to use social media independently. The ending of the article was informative to me, especially where the author describes the difference between the way that parents and children view the children's use of social media.
