Places Visited
I took a trip to Monroe, Chester, and Goshen, New York for some appointments. They went fine and I was able to have a delicious lunch at one of my favorite places, Allan's Falafel in Chester. The waitstaff was welcoming and the food was as great as always!
Rachel visited and helped me hang pictures. Then we had a late lunch at Fuji Hibachi, Sushi, & Asian Bistro in Bennington, Vermont. It was great to see her, and I am grateful for her help!
I was invited to Noah's piano recital which I loved hearing. Everyone played very well and, of course, Noah did great! We took takeout from Chipotle before the recital and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Burlington, New Jersey. I had a wonderful evening and trip.
I also was able to attend the first-grade concert that Taran was in. He did a wonderful job as did all the other students. It was marvelous and I enjoyed it immensely! Afterwards, Jon, Rachel and I had a snack at Fox Pizza Market in Berne, New York. I enjoyed the morning very much.
Rachel, Taran, and I decorated Christmas cookies one day and had a lovely time! then Jon joined us for lunch and exchanging presents. We had a lot of fun and I enjoyed spending the day with them.
Brian and Noah came to visit for a few days. We at, played games, ate marvelous food that Bea sent, and looked around the area a little. They also helped me hang pictures and move furniture. We had a great time!
Then, Rachel and Taran came and we exchanged presents, played games, built robot models, had more delicious food, and generally had a wonderful time. We all also went to Crossgates Mall where Jon met us and various people played in the trampoline park, bumper cars, laser tag, and then we all had lunch there before Rachel, Jon, and Taran went home. Brian and Noah came back to my house with me, and we played games, talked about ideas for my house, and ate again. It was a wonderful visit with all of them!
